What kinds of technical assistance does the Idaho Human Rights Commission offer?

The Commission offers free training to employers on sexual harassment prevention, respectful workplace, disability and reasonable accommodation and overviews of anti-discrimination law in Idaho. Customized trainings can be provided on request.

The Commission is committed to helping employers navigate the challenges of compliance with both state and federal anti-discrimination laws. As part of its preventative approach to illegal discrimination and retaliation, the Commission offers these trainings as a free public service to any business or organization anywhere in Idaho. On average, the Commission provides more than 20 presentations and trainings each year to businesses and organizations of all sizes and industries.

For more information and to schedule training, contact Ben Earwicker, Commission administrator, at Benjamin.Earwicker@labor.idaho.gov.
